About these terms
These terms govern your use of Buds & Beyond's website and services. Buds & Beyond is operated by Nature's Care, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company headquartered at 2425 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216. Nature's Care, LLC operates two retail brands — Nature's Care Dispensary (naturescarehemp.com) and Buds & Beyond (buds.fun) — and these terms apply to both.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Buds & Beyond. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 21. We may require additional age verification at delivery.
What we sell
Buds & Beyond sells federally compliant THCa hemp products. Per the 2018 Farm Bill, all products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. While these products are federally legal, they may be regulated differently in your state. You are responsible for knowing your state's laws.
Restricted states
We do not ship to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be cancelled.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
SMS / text message communications
By providing your mobile number and (a) checking the SMS opt-in box at checkout, (b) toggling SMS notifications on at /account/notifications, or (c) texting JOIN to our published number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Buds & Beyond at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Two categories of messages:
- Transactional — order confirmations, status updates, delivery notifications, and account-security alerts. Approximately 2–4 messages per order. Tied to a specific transaction and not affected by marketing preferences.
- Marketing — drop announcements, promotions, and restock alerts. No more than 4–6 messages per month, sent only to subscribers who have explicitly opted in. Independently controllable from the transactional category in your notification preferences.
To stop: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or OPTOUT to any of our messages. We honor the opt-out request automatically within seconds and permanently. You can also manage SMS preferences at any time at /account/notifications — every customer profile includes per-channel marketing checkboxes plus per-campaign-type granular toggles.

Carriers and rates: SMS is delivered via Sakari (sakari.io), a U.S. telecom provider. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures attributable to your carrier or networks outside our control.
Data handling: see our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect mobile information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose mobile information to advertisers, marketing companies, data brokers, or affiliates for their marketing use.
By opting in to SMS, you acknowledge that messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system. Consent is recorded with timestamp, IP address, and the version of the consent text you accepted. You may revoke consent at any time using the methods above — revoking SMS consent does not affect your account, your right to make purchases, or your other notification preferences.
Returns and refunds
See our Shipping & returns policy. Due to the nature of the products we sell, opened items cannot be returned.
Disclaimers
Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor before use, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
THCa converts to delta-9 THC when heated. Use at your own discretion. Do not operate heavy machinery. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Buds & Beyond and Nature's Care, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email if you're a registered customer. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
